Will recently finished his first soccer season with the Edmond Soccer Club. He had previously played soccer at the YMCA but had recently sat out several seasons. He was asked to play on a team of first grade boys from his school and move over to the ESC. We decided to try it and are really glad we did because he had a great season! You couldn't tell that he hadn't played in about a year. The ESC is a lot tougher than the YMCA. The other teams were tough! I am very proud of Will. He learned quickly and really contributed to his team.

Joshua playing soccer
Joshua LOVES soccer! He is thrilled to be playing again this season. It is so much fun to watch him….he scores a lot of goals! He is excited to have his best buddy, Owen, on the team with him this season as well as his cousin, Quinn.

Joshua Started Soccer!
After almost three years of watching his big brother play soccer, it is finally Josh's turn! He has had two games and has loved every minute of it! He gets so excited when it is time to put his jersey and shin guards on. He knows exactly what to do and is such a big boy!
The first game was hilarious and the second was almost equally so. Most of the kids either didn't want to play at all or they stood out there crying on the field.....not Josh....he was excited and eager to play. I feel for the parents because Will was like that. He didn't want to play when he was three and we had to almost force him out on the field....not good.
We are so proud of our little soccer player!

Will's soccer pictures
Will did really well this season. He is really maturing in the game and understanding it more. He sure has come a long way from where we started when he was 3 and had to have a parent on the field with him . I am very proud of him. He has a great attitude and really plays hard.
