A Winter Must Have

Here is a quick peak of one of my winter musts haves. My mother in law works at Williams Sonoma and spoils me by buying their awesome hot chocolate for me. It really is the best. The reason why it is so awesome is that it is not a powdered mix but shaved chocolate and I like mine strong....5 T of chocolate for one cup of skim milk.

First you start with this.

Then you put it in this hot chocolate maker with the milk and microwave it for two minutes.

The hot chocolate maker has a battery operated frother so that also helps make it really good.

Then you put it in my favorite mug which used to say Wheaton Swimming 2001 Conference Champs (but is now faded after many uses) then you add whipped cream. YUM!
